Shipping Policy
Free shipping is offered on all orders, regardless of order
cash amount or quantity. We ship all orders via first class
mail, which usually takes 3-5 days depending on customer
location. If you need a rush order or just simply want your
Dick Stockwell clothing sooner, then simply specify at
checkout which shipping method you prefer. Customer is
responsible for all extra shipping fees beyond our selected
shipping method.
Return/Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your
dickstockwell.com purchase, or simply want to exchange the
item(s) for another size, there are a few guidelines in
which must be met:

Customer must return item(s) in original condition, with
all tags and labels in-tact

Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees

Customer must return item(s) within 21 days from its
original ship date

Customer must include the order number for the item(s)
in which are being returned/exchanged
*If the above
guidelines are met, then the customer will receive a full
refund for the item(s) or the customer will be able to
exchange the item(s)
**The customer is responsible for all returned items lost in
transit, so we recommend insuring the items.
